Introduction

Hi there,

We are Simone and Diana.

Simone is from the Netherlands and is 16, almost 17 years old. She lives in Uden

and goes to school at Udens College. Diana is from Slovenia and is 17 years old.

She lives in Ljubljana and goes to school at Gimnazija Sentvid. Well, how do we

know each other then? Well, both of our schools are part of the Elos schools. That

means that they participate in exchange programs. So, Diana is in Uden for one

week at Simone’s house in September and Simone will be in Ljubljana at Diana’s

house in March.

We are working on a project now and that’s why we made this blog. Our project is

about the traditional celebrations involved in education. We want to compare that

involvement in the Netherlands with that in Slovenia. So we will keep up the blog

and post what we have done and what we are going to do. We will also post our

information which we use to answer our main question and our sub questions. So,
